Who is your Role Model? My Mother.
My TAG-Ed experience: I interned last summer with The Coca-Cola Company. For 5 weeks I was tasked, mainly with creating a newsletter specifically for the Global IT group at Coke. I also helped out with two Ambassador programs, programs that Coke offers to better educate its employees about what Coke does to give back to the earth and environment, as well as our society. With creating a newsletter, I spent most of my days speaking with leaders and strategizing the layout of the newsletter. During my last week of Coke, I helped to concrete a layout that worked for everyone.
What I’m doing now: As of now, I am still working at The Marcus Jewish Community Center of Atlanta, however soon I will be traveling to Durham, North Carolina for the LEAD Summer Business Institute held at Duke University, as I was accepted this year as a LEAD Scholar.
Future Plans:  As of now, I plan to study industrial engineering and business in college. My internship showed me the needed collaboration, team work, diligence, and hard work that it takes to work in a corporate setting, with individuals. My internship also helped me to meet so many wondrful people that I am happy to say, I am still in touch with. It was truly an amazing experience that I will not forget.
Work/Volunteer experiences shaped by my internship: In July, I will be embarking, yet again, on an internship through TAG-Ed with Jabian, a consulting firm in Atlanta. My previous internship was such a unique experience that I wanted to experience it yet again. That being said, having the opportunity to intern at such a young age has shaped me tremendously and I am truly grateful to be able to be apart of such an amazing program.
