    Who is your Role Model? Joel Runyon, creator of Impossible Ventures
    My TAG-Ed experience:I interned at the Georgia Tech Research Institute in the summer of 2009.  I worked in the photovoltaics lab under Dr. Jud Ready researching the use of carbon nanotubes in solar cells.
    What I’m doing now:I work for National Oilwell Varco in Houston, TX.  I am in the NextGen program, which is a year-long rotational leadership development program.  In July I will be transitioning into a permanent placement with the company.
    Future Plans: I’m not exactly sure what my future will hold, but my internship helped refine my interest in engineering.
